"I am a new customer to Insurance by Phone. I just switched May 2011 and could not be happier. I was a loyal State Farm customer since 1992. I had the mind set that you just don't switch or comparison shop. I had my loyalty discounts, multi-line discounts and good driver discounts and did not want to lose those. Basically, I got the bill and wrote the check, never once questioning or checking to see if I was over paying for insurance. I had known Tory and Dave for years, but never asked them to check on insurance for me. Finally, Dave asked me to just let him see what he could find for me. I was shocked at how much I was over paying for the exact same coverage. I am now with Met Life. The best example I can give is my car. I bought my car new in December of 2001. I paid the insurance every 6 months. My last renewal from State Farm was $485.00 for 6 months of full coverage. Dave and Tory were able to get my premium down to $370 for the "entire" year. That was a savings of $600 for just one of our 3 cars. Our home owners insurance came down just as well. State farm wanted $1300 for the year as well as a personal articles policy for an additional $300 for jewelry. That totals $1600 for our annual premium. Insurance by phone was able to get my Met life Grand protect policy for under 1000 that included our jewelry in the same policy. I am very happy with the saving as well as the service I have received from Insurance by phone. I am sure I will be with this company as long as I was with State Farm. Mostly because they sell many different brands and can move me to the best company for the insurance I need at the time. With State Farm, I only bought their insurance, but with "Insurance by phone" I know they do the comparison shopping for me to get the best price. One very happy customer."
